【摘要】 目的 观察中西医结合治疗方法对女性输卵管阻塞及排卵障碍的疗效 方法 选择输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者80例随机分为中西医治疗组30例(治疗组)，单纯口服中医药方治疗组50例(对照组)为主要的观察指标。结果 2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05>中西医治疗比单一中药治疗有明显优势。 结论 充分发挥中西医结合在治疗不孕症方面的优点，缩短疗程，提高妊娠率。
